At Rodbourne Cheney Primary School, our mission is produce confident, compassionate and curious children. Through high quality teaching, challenge in learning and supportive pastoral care we facilitate children in making choices, asking questions and setting challenges independently in order to maximise their learning potential through quality experiences relevant to the 21st Century. We aim to create a safe, happy, engaging and stimulating environment where children are able to develop a lifelong love of learning and resilience in all that they do. We encourage our pupils to be confident individuals, independent learners and develop a lively and enquiring mind. We also ensure our children develop the ability to question and discuss rationally, and apply themselves to tasks and skills as they strive to reach their full true potential in all aspects of school life. We aim to achieve this through a whole school community approach by working together in partnership with parents, governors, community members and beyond.
Little Green Book
At The White Horse Federation we understand that every colleague is here for the best interest of the children. We want to ensure that no child is left behind and that the unique identity of each school is protected, celebrated and valued for the contribution it makes to ensuring children have the best education and experiences.
By being part of TWHF we passionately believe that by working together, the children are able to have a higher quality of education and that as colleagues, we will also benefit from and reap the rewards of a values based organisation where you are also, not left behind.
